How do deliveries work at KOPA?

Delivery is free worldwide!

What are the delivery times?

Treatment & Reconditioning

We prepare your order within 1 to 5 business days. In the event of exceptional delays, you will receive an email informing you.

Shipping

France: 5 to 8 working days.
Europe: 8 to 10 working days.
Rest of the world: 10 to 12 working days.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can track its progress in real time via our dedicated page .

Our customer service is available to answer all your questions. Write to us at shopkopafrance@gmail.com , we will respond within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return. Items printed with a personalized name or number cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to request a return?

Contact us at shopkopafrance@gmail.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process.

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or we made an error in your order.

Please note : After 15 days of receipt , we will no longer be able to accept the return.

Order

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped . Contact us quickly via our contact form (located at the bottom of this page) and provide us with your order number.

I did not receive a confirmation email after my payment, what should I do?

If your payment has been debited, your order is registered. It is possible that the confirmation email is in your spam folder .

If you can't find anything, contact us via our contact form , specifying:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address used when ordering

We will send you your confirmation shortly.

What payment methods are accepted?

Entretien des maillots

Comment laver mon maillot sans l'abîmer ?

Retournez-le avant lavage pour protéger les logos, écussons et flocages.
Lavez-le en machine à l'eau froide ou à 30°, en cycle délicat.
Utilisez de préférence un filet de lavage pour limiter les frottements.
Séparez les couleurs claires et foncées pour éviter les risques de décoloration.

Puis-je laver mon maillot à la main ?

Oui, c'est même recommandé pour prolonger sa durée de vie.
Utilisez de l'eau à température ambiante et une lessive douce sans javel.
Frottez délicatement puis rincez abondamment.

Comment sécher mon maillot ?

Ne le mettez jamais au sèche-linge, cela risque d'abîmer les décors.
Faites-le sécher à l'air libre, à l'envers, à l'abri du soleil direct.
Évitez de le tordre pour ne pas déformer le tissu ou le flocage.

Que faire si le flocage est abîmé ?

Il est parfois possible de le fixer à nouveau en passant un fer à repasser à basse température, en plaçant un papier sulfurisé entre le fer et le flocage.
Testez toujours sur une petite zone discrète avant d'appliquer sur toute la surface.
